I'm a coach, consultant, and learning strategist who believes that meaningful growth happens when people align their strengths, values, and goals with purposeful action.
As a wife of more than 20 years, proud mom of two college-aged sons, avid reader, podcast listener, Ted Lasso fan, and someone who finds peace at the lake whenever possible, I understand that success looks different for everyone. That's one of the reasons I love the work I do. Every person, leader, team, and organization has a unique story, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
Today, I help organizations develop stronger leaders, build high-performing teams, create impactful learning experiences, and navigate change with confidence. I also partner with individuals who are seeking greater clarity, fulfillment, and success in their careers.
My Journey
My path to coaching and consulting was anything but linear.
More than a decade ago, I landed what I thought was my dream job. On paper, it checked all the boxes, but over time I realized something was missing. The work didn't align with my strengths, values, or long-term goals. After 2.5 years, I made the difficult decision to leave a role that offered stability and comfort in pursuit of work that felt meaningful and fulfilling.
That experience transformed my life and ultimately shaped the way I coach others today.
