I’m an introverted, coffee-loving soccer mom who’s been happily married for over 20 years. If you were sitting in my home office, you'd quickly notice I’m a book enthusiast, a hoarder of office supplies (especially purple pens), and a devotee of inspiring words. I spend countless hours driving to watch my boys play soccer, podcast queued up, and am a proud fan of Ted Lasso (amazing life and leadership lessons in this show!). If I’m not on a soccer sideline, then you might find me relaxing on the water up north at my happy place.

As a coach and consultant, I get to live my purpose every day—helping others find fulfillment, joy and success in their professional lives. But my journey here was anything but linear. Over a decade ago, I landed what I thought was my dream job, only to realize it didn’t align with my values, skills, or interests. After 2.5 years in that role, I took a bold leap to start my own business, stepping away from a role that offered comfort and safety but not joy. It was the best decision I ever made, and I’ve never looked back.

My professional experience spans the corporate, higher education, and consulting industries. From my tenure at Kohl’s Department Stores Corporate headquarters to over a decade in career services within higher education, to now over a decade of coaching and consulting, I have have coached hundreds of people, empowering them to embrace their strengths, develop their skills, and excel in the world of work. My approach blends empathy and strategy, diving deep into each client’s unique journey to create a tailored plan for meaningful and sustainable progress.

With a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a master’s in Counseling from Marquette University, and multiple certifications, I bring the expertise and tools to drive transformative results.
